From very early on in my personal journey I enjoyed bringing together the practices of dance/movement improvisation, visual and fine arts in empirical, exploratory and creative ways.
Having lived with a genetic 'dis-ease' from an early age, sparked my curiosity for dismembering pain and 'using' it as a door to growth in multiple dimensions, as a lense to see from and as a starting point to research the relationship between body-mind-emotions-spirit. I explored befriending pain in creative ways, like soil that contains the potential to grow seeds of beauty, healing and transformation.
Through the years I experienced tools from different practices and techniques initially for researching into my own layers of sensations, feelings and expression, then for sharing and exploring with others and finally for offering to the community what I feel is meaningful to me: resilience tools for reconnecting with our fragmented parts, mindfully painting the cracks in gold, seeing the beauty of imperfection & feeling the growth of the processes themselves. The gifts of my personal process are now wholeheartedly in service to others in need of seeds of care, reconnection to essence and to our innate potential for growth and creativity: life!
