Somatic Therapy is a form of body psychotherapy that focuses on the somatic experience (psychophysical integration). It includes a variety of body-centered approaches in order to sense, explore and integrate the relationship between body, mind, spirit and emotions. Their disconnection, fragmentation or misalignment can lead to both physical and mental illness, to a sense of loss of self, belonging and authenticity. I can accompany you in your personal development journey, through the doors of: physical illness/disease, stress, depression, grief, relational issues as well as issues related to trauma. We will approach any symptoms at a cellular level, physically, verbally, through touch, movement and art materials, and initiate a dialogue with them, inviting an organic change into a new form of relationship to take place, aiming towards a fuller engagement with self and life.
One on one sessions are offered to both adults and infants 1 month-12months of age.
